ARTIST STATEMENT
Nick Lesley is a musician and media-artist who creates sonic and visual collaborations that explore physical tenets of perception. His interest in improvised music and interactive video/sound installation stems from a desire to establish human connection in a subconscious, primeval unity of experience. Nick's work is often playful and loose, relying on chance occurrences of spontaneity. He creates performative sound videos and experiments grouping disparate aesthetic norms.
